We are located in Muzaffarpur, specifically in the Naya Tola area. You can find us at Chandralok Chowk. The office is part of the Prem Prakash Kumar N.B.T. building. It’s a very busy part of town. There are always people shouting and rickshaws honking their horns outside. We work on various systems here. It’s a modest setup. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a few sturdy desks for the computers. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our day dealing with technical things. It’s not a fancy environment. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working. The 842001 pin code is what we use for all our letters. During the monsoons, the road outside gets a bit muddy, so we have to be careful with our shoes. We mostly drink tea from the stall across the chowk. It’s a real place with real people. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just a local branch doing our bit in this part of Bihar. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glamour, but that’s how we like it. We know everyone in the building and it feels like a small community.
