Our office is at 435, Main Road in Maripur, Muzaffarpur. If you know the Mushahari area, we’re right in the thick of it. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic on the main road. Augur Trading is a straightforward business where we buy and sell different types of goods. We don’t have a fancy corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just focus on finding decent products and getting them to the right people. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and a long list of things to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone negotiating with dealers. It’s a tough business because margins are thin and everyone is looking for a deal. We try to be fair and keep our word. We’ve been here in Muzaffarpur for a while now, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit. Our team is small, and we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be checking the books, and the next I’m helping load a truck because the driver is in a hurry. We don't use much marketing. People around here know where to find us if they need to trade. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and work hard. Sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix it and move on.
