Anshul Snacks & Beverages Private Limited is situated at the Bela Industrial Phase 2 area in Muzaffarpur. We are near the Mic Mushahari police station, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Working in an industrial phase means we are surrounded by other factories and a lot of noise. Our daily routine involves a lot of frying, baking, and bottling. You can usually smell the snacks being prepared from a distance. It’s a tough environment sometimes because the industrial area can get very dusty and hot, especially in the middle of summer. We have a small team of workers who handle the machines and the packaging. We aren't a corporate giant with a lot of rules; we just try to get the snacks made and loaded onto the trucks. There are times when the machinery breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it, which puts us behind schedule. But that is just part of running a production line. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or slogans. We just focus on the quality of what we are making right here in Bela. The local tea stall is where we usually take our breaks and talk about the work. It’s a very grounded, practical life for us in Muzaffarpur. We just want to keep the business running and the machines humming for a long time.
