Alansar Constructions is based in Pakahi Khas, which is a small village in the Muzaffarpur district. The company was started by MD Yasin Ansari, who is the son of Late Dost Mohammad. We are right here in the Tola-Pakahi Khas area. It’s a quiet place, mostly farms and small houses. We do construction work for people in the village and the nearby Panch-Pakari area. It's not a complicated business. We get a call, we go look at the site, and we figure out how to build what they need. Most of the time it’s residential stuff or small local buildings. We are a private limited company because it makes the paperwork easier for government projects, but we are local people through and through. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have our place in the village where we keep our tools and records. The roads around Muzaffarpur can be tricky in the monsoon, so we have to plan our work around the seasons. We've lived here all our lives, so we know everyone and they know they can find us if there’s a problem with the work. It’s just simple building work, nothing more and nothing less. We keep it practical and try to do things the right way.
