Aaryaa Properties Buildtech Private Limited is our small company based out of Muzaffarpur. We are located right near the Durga Mandir and the Bhama Sah Dwar on Rewa Road. If you know that area, you know it stays pretty busy. Abhishek Kumar is the one who handles the main operations here. We deal with property and building stuff mostly. It isn't always easy dealing with all the paperwork and the site visits, but we have been doing it for some time now. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to help people with their property needs in this part of Bihar. Some days are just spent driving back and forth between sites and the office near the temple. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or anything. Usually, people just come by the office when they have questions about land or building something. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. Sometimes the traffic on Rewa Road is a headache, but being centrally located helps us stay connected to what's happening in town. We’ve seen Muzaffarpur grow, and we are just happy to have a place in the local market. It’s hard work, and there are always little problems to solve, but that is just how the building business works. We keep our overhead low and just focus on the task at hand.
