Sukam Gravures Ltd

Our factory is located in the Industrial Estate area. Sukam Gravures Ltd is mostly about the machines and the printing process. When you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the smell of the chemicals and the ink, which stays with you even after you go home. It’s a large space with high ceilings to fit the gravure equipment. We spend our days watching the rollers spin and checking that the colors are looking okay. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but you have to pay attention or things go wrong fast. The staff here has a rhythm going, from the people moving the heavy rolls to the ones sitting at the small desks in the corner doing the billing. We don’t have a big fancy reception area because most people who come here are just delivery drivers or old clients who know exactly where to find us. The Industrial Estate can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, with all the similar-looking buildings and the trucks blocking the lanes. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the area grow. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on the benches outside if the weather isn't too humid. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's production run without any major breakdowns or mistakes in the print. We just keep our heads down and make sure the rolls keep turning.
