Shubhani Micro Foundation

Shubhani Micro Foundation is located at House Number 07 in Kallarpur. This is our home base in Muzaffarnagar. We don’t have a separate commercial building, so we just work from where we live. It makes everything feel more personal, I think. Neighbors walk by and wave, or sometimes they stop in for a chat. We started this because we saw things in our own village that needed attention. It’s not a glamorous job. A lot of the time, it’s just us sitting at a kitchen table going over local issues. We try to help out where we can, whether it’s with small financial matters or just giving some advice. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us who care about Kallarpur. We don't put out advertisements or try to get on the news. Word of mouth is enough for us. If someone in the area has a problem, they usually know where to find us. We keep things very low-key. We aren’t trying to change the whole world, just our little part of Uttar Pradesh. Some days it feels like we aren't doing much, but then someone says thanks, and it feels worth it. We are just regular people trying to be helpful in our own small way. That's the whole story behind why we are here at House 07. We’ve lived here for years and we aren’t going anywhere.
