Shree Mansapur Masala Udyog

Shree Mansapur Masala Udyog is our little spice business located on Khatoli Road. We are right in the Main Market, not far from the Pathak Petrol Pump. If you walk past, you can usually smell the spices being ground—it’s a very strong and familiar scent that sticks to your clothes. We deal with all kinds of masalas, from basic chili powder to more complex blends. The shop is often dusty with fine spice particles, but we don't mind it much. We spend our days sourcing raw ingredients, cleaning them, and then getting them ready. It’s a lot of manual work and we have to be careful about the quality of what we're packing. The market can be very chaotic, especially on weekends, with bikes and carts squeezed into every space. We’ve been here for a good while, and many of the other shopkeepers are like family to us. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the spices we sell are good enough for our own kitchens. Sometimes the grinding machines get loud, making it hard to talk to customers, but we make do. We don't bother with much branding; the smell of the spices usually tells people where we are. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We just take it one bag at a time and keep moving, which is how we’ve always done it.
