Our office is located at 366/2 in Ganesh Puri, over in Muzaffar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. It’s a basic, local office situated in a fairly quiet part of town. We have been operating out of this same spot for a good number of years now. It isn't the kind of place with a big lobby or a lot of flash, just a straightforward office where we handle our business. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or going over the plans for our various projects. Muzaffar Nagar has its own steady rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over time. We don't see the point in using corporate language or trying to act like a giant company. We are just a group of people who understand how to get projects finished. Inside, the office has a few simple desks and plenty of old documents that have piled up. There are always people coming and going, from delivery drivers to the workers from our different sites. It can get a little loud when the whole team is in one room, but that’s just how a busy office feels. We don't have any missions or visions written on the walls. We just know what our jobs are and we go out to do them every day. It is practical work that keeps us moving along.
