Muzaffarnagar Imdadi Nidhi Limited

We are located near the District Hospital in Muzaffarnagar, specifically at 33 Bakar Kassaban, near the Hoj Wali Masjid. The office is tucked away in a busy part of the city, and you can usually hear the calls to prayer or the noise from the hospital nearby. We work out of a space shared with Mohd Mazhar and Md. Nihal Ahmad, so it’s a bit of a crowded spot but we make it work. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local community members who come in for their Nidhi transactions. It’s a very local affair; we know most of our visitors by their first names. We don’t have any high-tech equipment, just the standard computers and a lot of registers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up the roof just fine. We handle the money side of things for people who might not want to deal with the big banks in the city. It is a practical arrangement that has served the neighborhood for a while now. Our staff is small and we often have to multitask between answering the phone and filing away new applications. It gets a bit hectic on market days, but we manage to stay on top of the records. We’re just here to provide a place for people to manage their small savings without any complications.
