This isn't your usual big-city fast food joint. We are out here in Bhokerhari village, in the Muzaffar Nagar district. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city buzz. Our place is run by the family, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time. It’s funny seeing the big name like Mcdonalds on a place in the village, but we do our best with what we have. It’s mostly locals who stop by, people from the nearby fields or travelers passing through the post office area. We don't have the fancy automated kiosks you see in Delhi. It's just us taking orders and making sure the food is hot. My father, Dr. Karanveer Singh, is well known around here, so we have a reputation to keep up. We keep things pretty simple. The menu isn't as huge as the ones in the malls, but people seem to like what we serve. It gets really busy during the festival seasons or when there's a big wedding in the village. We have a few benches outside where people sit and chat. It’s not just a place to eat; it’s where people catch up on the local news. We don't use any fancy marketing. People know where we are, and they know we’ll be open. We just keep the kitchen going and try to make sure everyone leaves with a full stomach. We are just local people serving our neighbors here.
