M&M Machine Craft (P) Ltd. Gurgaon

M&M Machine Craft is based out here in Muzaffarnagar. Even though Gurgaon is in the name, we do the actual work here in Uttar Pradesh. Our setup is pretty basic but it gets the job done for the machine parts we handle. We've been at this for some time now, and the shop floor is usually pretty messy with metal shavings and oil. That is just how a real machine shop looks. A big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us doesn't exist here. Lathes and milling machines are our main focus. Sometimes the power goes out in our part of town, so we have to work around that, but that's just life here. The guys who work here live nearby and most of them have been with us since the start. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you get here, you’ll see we are always busy with some project. Visions or things like that aren't things we talk about. We just look at the drawings, set the machines, and make sure the parts come out the way they are supposed to. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. If something breaks, we fix it. That's the way we've always done things and it hasn't failed us yet. We like the smell of grease and the sound of machines running.
