The office is located in village Bajheri, which is just past the New Mandi area in Muzaffar Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like it because it’s where we are from. We are set up at Mohdno Uman S O Mohdirfan's place. The pin code is 251001 if you are looking for us on a map. It’s a very local operation, nothing like those big high-rise offices you see in the cities. We mostly deal with elevators and lifts, though the name on some of our papers says Luifts by mistake sometimes. We don't worry too much about that. Out here, things move a bit slower than in Delhi or even the main part of Muzaffar Nagar. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites where things need fixing. The office itself is pretty basic, just the essentials really. We have some tools sitting around and lots of manuals. It can get quite dusty being near the village roads, especially when the tractors go by. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us drinking tea and looking at a blueprint or a repair schedule. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and everyone around Bajheri knows who we are. It’s just honest work for us every single day and we stay busy.
