Our office is in a place called Katra Pansariyan, which is right in the middle of Bara Bazar in Shamli. It’s in the Muzaffarnagar district. If you know Bara Bazar, you know it is always humming with people, carts, and shops. Gebr. Pfeiffer (India) Pvt. Ltd. is situated right in the thick of it. It’s a very traditional location. Finding us means navigating through the market, which can be an experience if you aren't local. The office itself is modest. It’s tucked away in an older building that has seen many years. We don't have flashy signs or modern glass fronts. It’s just a doorway and some stairs leading to where we work. Inside, it’s quiet enough to concentrate, despite the noise from the market below. We have the usual setup—desks, a few computers, and lots of files. The pin code is 247776 for anyone sending us mail. We’ve been here a long time, and we’ve become part of the local scenery. People know us and we know them. It’s a different kind of business environment compared to the big cities. It’s more personal and direct. We don't use big words or fancy talk to describe ourselves. We just do our work every day from this spot in Shamli. When the rains come, the sound on the roof is quite loud, but we just keep at it. It’s a very honest place to be. We don't have any grand corporate plans.
