First Choice Properties

Our office is on the second floor of Meridian View Plaza, located at 439/23 Khandsa Road in Hira Nagar. It’s an older building, and the walk up the stairs keeps us in shape since the lift is a bit temperamental. First Choice Properties is a small setup. We have a view of the street from our window, so we can see the traffic piling up on Khandsa Road throughout the day. The office is mostly just a room with some old desks and a filing cabinet that sticks when you try to open it. We deal with the properties around Hira Nagar and the surrounding patches of the city. It is a lot of walking around and talking to landlords who have been here for decades. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy signs. Usually, we just put a notice in the window or tell the local shopkeepers what we have available. People stop by to ask about rents or if there is any land for sale nearby. We give them the honest truth about what we know. It is basic work, and it can be slow some weeks, but then it gets hectic all at once. We just take it as it comes. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and everyone is just trying to get by.
