Our office is over in North Civil Lines, right near the big transformer at No. 359/5. That transformer is actually a good landmark because people always get lost looking for the specific house numbers around this part of the city. It’s a decent area, relatively quiet compared to the main market area. Inside the office, it’s mostly shelves filled with boxes and a couple of computers that seem to take forever to start up in the morning. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the labels on the medicines are correct. Dealing with healthcare supplies means we have to be a bit careful with the details, but we’re still just regular people working out of a small, dusty building. Sometimes the courier guy misses us, and we have to go chasing him down the street before he gets too far. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s just an office where we manage things and answer calls. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weather while we wait for the afternoon heat to pass. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting lounge for visitors. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our desks or moving boxes around the storage room. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting the medicines and supplies sent out to the clinics that need them without making a big deal out of it. It’s just our daily routine in North Civil Lines.
