Charu Masale

We have been running Charu Masale for some time now. You can find us over at Plot No -11 in State Bank Colony. It is pretty close to Jansath Road, so most people don't have a hard time finding the place once they get into the colony area. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready. The smells are usually the first thing people notice when they walk in. It is just a regular local spot. My family helps out with the packing and making sure the jars are full. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It is mostly just us doing the work every day. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except for the usual traffic on the main road. The door has this little squeak that I keep meaning to fix but never get around to. Our neighbor from the tea stall brings over chai around eleven, which is a nice break. Sometimes the Jansath Road traffic gets so loud you have to shout to be heard inside, but you get used to it. The jars on the shelves get a bit of dust because of the open window, so we are always wiping them down with an old cloth. We don't have any big goals of expanding or becoming famous. We just want to make sure the locals get their spices. People in State Bank Colony are friendly enough. We often stand out front for a bit in the evenings just to watch the world go by.
