Chairmen Shri Vasu College

If you drive out to Sisona, you’ll find Chairmen Shri Vasu College. It sits in a part of Muzaffarnagar that’s surrounded by fields. Depending on the season, you can see sugarcane or wheat growing right near the edge of our property. The college itself is a simple structure. We don't have marble floors or air conditioning in every room. It’s just a place where the local kids from 251307 come to get an education. Most of them arrive on tractors or bicycles. We start the day early before the sun gets too high. There’s a bit of a yard where we hold morning gatherings. It’s not very formal. We just talk about what needs to be done. The teachers are mostly from nearby towns. They know the families of the students, which makes things easier. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to get things done on the computer. We don't mind. We just use the time to catch up on paperwork. The walls are painted a light color that’s started to peel a bit in the corners. We’ll get around to fixing that eventually. For now, we focus on making sure the students are in their seats and the lessons are being taught. It’s honest work in a quiet village. No one is trying to impress anyone here. We just stay busy and keep the place running smoothly for everyone.
