Alco Traders

Alco Traders is situated at Britex Square, right across from the PWD Rest House in Muthoor. This part of Thiruvalla is usually humming with people, especially near the rest house. Our shop is a straightforward place. We trade in various goods, and our shelves are usually packed tight with whatever we have in stock that week. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to find things if you don’t know where we put them, but we know our inventory by heart. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. It’s just us and the customers who have been coming to see us for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to delivery drivers out in the front. The Britex Square building is a solid spot for us, even if the parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the busy hours. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent trading business in Muthoor. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and watching the cars go by, and other days we don’t even have time to sit down. We like the variety of it. People in Thiruvalla know us as the place across from the PWD house, and that suits us just fine. We keep things simple and honest, just like the town itself. We usually sweep the front step every morning before we open.
