Badrinath Ayurvedhic Unit Gudem

We've been here in Gudem for a while now, right across from the Grampanchayat office. It's a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or stopping by the office. Our unit handles various herbs and traditional preparations. It's not a big fancy factory or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we get things done. Mostly we're busy sorting through dried plants and making sure the mixes are right. The smell of herbs stays on your clothes all day. My father started this place because he knew a lot about what grows in the hills nearby. We try to keep things the way they've always been done around here. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoons, so we just sit outside for a bit. It’s quiet in the evenings once the Grampanchayat shuts down. We have some regular people who come by to pick things up. They know us, and we know them. It's a small team, maybe five or six of us total. We don't have a website or anything. If someone needs something, they usually just walk in or call the landline if it's working. The building is number 3, so it's easy to find. It’s got blue paint that's peeling a bit near the bottom from the rain last year. We should probably fix that. The front door is a heavy wooden one that squeaks when you open it. It's a peaceful place for the most part.
