Working at 100/1 in the Dhatav MIDC area is pretty much what you'd expect from a place in Roha. It’s big and there’s always something moving. A Road is usually busy with trucks coming and going all day long. We spend most of our time inside the facility making sure the machines are running like they should. Raigad gets really humid, especially during the monsoon months, so the factory can get a bit sticky. We’ve got a good group of people here from the local villages. We aren't really about those corporate speeches you hear in the city. We just come in, do the shifts, and head home. The building is large and easy to spot if you’re driving through the industrial zone. Dhatav isn't a huge place, so everyone knows where the main plants are. It gets pretty loud on the floor with all the bottling lines humming along. We try to keep things organized but with this much volume, there’s always a crate out of place or something to clean up. We eat our lunch in the canteen and talk about the local news or the cricket scores. It's a regular job for us. We just keep the production moving at Pepsico India Holdings.
