Mandar Organics Private Limited

We are based at Plot No. 56 on 4th Cross Road in the Dhatav M.I.D.C. complex. This is out in Taluka-Roha. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city, but it’s a solid industrial area. We have a fair amount of space here for our operations. Most of what we do involves organic processing. The facility is older, but we keep the equipment running as best we can. It’s a lot of pipes and tanks. The team here is mostly local folks who have been with us for quite a while. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Roha is a quiet place once you get away from the industrial noise. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other plant managers on the street. Sometimes we share tools or help each other out when a delivery gets stuck. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are out on the floor making sure things are being handled right. It’s dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in an MIDC zone. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the jobs finished by the end of the shift. The weather here can get quite humid in the summer, which makes the work even tougher, but we’re used to it. We keep a steady pace throughout the week.
