Will Power Construction Private Limited is located at 17, Bimal Sinha Road in Berhampore. We are right near the Central Bus Stand, so there’s always a lot of movement and noise around our office. Murshidabad is a different kind of place to work compared to the big city of Kolkata. It’s a bit slower, but the work is just as hard. We spend most of our time coordinating with local laborers and making sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to track down a truck. Our office at number 17 is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just local builders who have been around for a while. We know the people here and we know how to get things built in this climate. The heat can be brutal in the summer, which makes working on-site a real challenge for the crew. We try to look after our guys and make sure the projects keep moving forward. It’s not always a smooth process and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we always try to fix them. We’ve been part of the Berhampore community for years and we just keep doing our work every day without much fuss.
