Suraksha Homoeo Clinic

Domkal is a quiet area and that is where our homeopathy clinic is located. It is a small place, mostly just one main room with a lot of shelves. Those shelves are packed with tiny glass bottles and brown jars filled with different remedies. It has a specific smell inside, a bit like sweet sugar and something medicinal. There is a heavy wooden desk where we sit to talk to the people who come in. We don't use big machines or fancy gadgets here. It's more about sitting down and listening to what people have to say about their health. Most of our visitors are from the nearby villages. They often come in groups and sit on the wooden bench outside while they wait. The floor is made of simple concrete and it stays cool even when it is hot outside. We have a small window that looks out onto the main path, so we can see who is coming from a distance. The rain can be very loud on the roof during the wet season, making it hard to hear anything else. We’ve been in Domkal for many years now and the local people are very familiar with us. We open the clinic early in the morning and usually close up before it gets too dark. It isn't a modern or flashy place by any means. It’s just a room with some medicine and a couple of chairs. We do our work and live our lives in the village.
