Sudiba Nidhi Limited

Sudiba Nidhi Limited is based in the village of Chhataip. We are in the Ranitala police station area in the district of Murshidabad. The office is actually at Balaram Halder’s house. It’s a very quiet and peaceful location. You won't see many cars around here, mostly just people on cycles or walking. The office is just a front room in the house where we’ve set up some tables. We do all our work on a large wooden desk that’s been here for years. Murshidabad is a place with a lot of history, but Chhataip is just a normal village where people work hard every day. We manage the savings for the local families and keep everything organized in big ledgers. We don't have much in the way of high-tech equipment, just the basics. It’s a lot of handwriting and stamping papers. You can often hear the farm animals and the sounds of the village while we are working. It’s a humble setup, but it’s what the people here are comfortable with. We know everyone who comes in by name, and we usually know their families too. That’s just the way it is in a small place like this. We are quite happy staying here in Ranitala and doing our work. It’s a friendly spot where anyone can stop by for a chat.
