Our location is in Vill-Gangapur, which is near the More, right in Murshidabad. It’s a rural area, and things move at their own pace here. The post office is in Bhabta and the police station is in Beldanga. We do construction work, which means we are usually out in the sun more than we are in the office. The office itself is just a simple room with some chairs and a table where we keep the records. We don't have fancy computers or high-speed internet all the time. It’s more about the physical work and being on the ground. People in the village know us, and we mostly get work through word of mouth. We don't do any advertising. It’s just about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. The road near the office gets muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning our boots. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our families are from around here, too. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things like walls, houses, and small structures. It’s basic, honest work. Sometimes we sit outside in the evening and just talk about the next day’s plans. It’s a quiet life, but we are kept busy with enough projects to stay satisfied. We just want to keep building things for the local people here for as long as we can.
