We are located in the Jamindari area of Berhampore, right here in Murshidabad. S.P.M. Residential Plots And Developers Private Limited is a local outfit that deals with land and building projects around West Bengal. Our office is pretty simple, just a place to keep our maps and records. We aren't big on corporate polish or using words that sound too professional. We’re just local people who understand the land around here. Most of our days are spent out in the fields or at construction sites, checking on progress. Berhampore is a busy place, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We try to keep up with things without making life too complicated. If someone wants to talk about a plot of land or a new building, they usually just drop by and we have a chat. We don't do much in the way of advertising because people in Murshidabad generally know who we are. It’s a lot of walking, measuring, and talking to contractors. Sometimes the weather in Bengal makes things difficult, especially during the rains, but we've lived here long enough to know the routine. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that.
