Sabera Physiotherapy Clinic

Sabera Physiotherapy Clinic is right in the Main Market. It’s a very loud place to have a clinic, honestly. Outside, you can hear the vegetable sellers and the rickshaws all day long. But once you step inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. We have a couple of treatment tables and some basic equipment for exercises. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it swept, but with the market right outside, it’s a losing battle with the dirt. People come in with all sorts of pains—mostly back and knee stuff from working hard. We spend a lot of time showing people how to stretch and move better. The clinic isn't very large, so we have to manage the space carefully. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, but we usually keep the curtain drawn so people don't peek in. We’ve been here in the market for a few years now. Most of our patients are shopkeepers from nearby or people who come to the market for their weekly shopping. It’s a very practical business. We don’t have a receptionist, so one of us usually has to stop what we’re doing to answer the door. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but we like being in the center of things. The tea here is great because there are so many stalls just a few steps away. We just do our work and help people get back on their feet. No bells or whistles, just physio.
