Mind Construction

Mind Construction is based out of West Bengal. We have some confusion with the pin codes sometimes, but we are mainly around the Durgapur area. Specifically, we operate in the 713212 area, though 742123 is also linked to us. Durgapur is a big industrial hub, so there is always some kind of building or fixing going on. We are right in the middle of all that action. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we keep our tools, maps, and schedules. We spend a lot of time out on actual sites rather than sitting behind a desk. West Bengal has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work with the weather and the local rhythm. It gets hot, it gets rainy, but the construction doesn't stop. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to do a decent job on the houses or buildings we work on. You might see our trucks moving around the city or parked near a site. We don’t do much fancy talking. We just show up and get the walls up or the floors laid. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. Being in Durgapur keeps us busy enough. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high. There’s always plenty of dust and noise, but that’s part of the trade we chose.
