L&T(Ecc) Ltd

Our office is right in the Chawk area of Lalbagh, over in Murshidabad. It’s a place with a lot of history, but our day-to-day is pretty modern and busy. We operate as L&T(Ecc) Ltd from this spot. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just another door in the busy market area. Inside, it’s a different story with all our files and desks crammed in. We handle a lot of the regional construction oversight from here. It’s constant work, especially with the paperwork that comes with big projects. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people moving about. We usually have the windows shut to keep the dust out, but you can still hear the city. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here for years. We don't bother with fancy corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a shipment is late, we spend the afternoon on the phone trying to find it. If the weather is bad, we adjust the plans. It’s very practical. We eat our lunch together at the big table in the back. Sometimes someone brings in sweets from the local market. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of things. Murshidabad is a good place to be, even if the work gets a bit hectic sometimes. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work for the whole team.
