Aakaanksha Complex Llp

Khiddirpore is a loud and busy place to work. Our office is specifically located at 24/2 Mansatala Lane. If you’ve ever been to this part of Kolkata, you know how tight the roads are and how many people are always moving around. Aakaanksha Complex Llp is based right in the middle of all that daily chaos. We have a small room on the ground floor. It stays relatively cool because of the thick walls, which is a real relief during the month of May. There is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside our door. It’s just how life is here. We handle the management of the complex and whatever other issues come up during the week. A lot of the day is spent handling complaints about leaky pipes or parking disputes. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who have lived in Khiddirpore for many years. We know most of the people who live in the buildings we look after. We sit around an old wooden table that has a few scratches on it from years of use. There’s a calendar on the wall that is usually a few days behind because someone forgets to flip the page. We drink a lot of water from the big blue jugs they deliver every Tuesday. It’s a simple setup for us. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive office chairs. We just show up, do the paperwork, and deal with the residents. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, but it’s our daily routine.
