Our factory is situated in Radhe Shyam Vihar, Phase 1, right off the Delhi Meerut Road. We’re quite close to Kit College, so that’s usually the landmark we tell people to look for. Innovative Flexotech is where we do all our printing and technical work. It’s a fairly large space because the machinery we use takes up a lot of room. The Delhi Meerut Road is always busy with trucks, which is helpful for us when we need to ship things out. Inside, it’s usually quite loud because the machines are running most of the day. We’ve got a team of people who have been with us for a long time and they really know how to handle the equipment. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s a working plant. There’s ink and paper and bits of material everywhere, but that’s how you know work is getting done. We don't spend much on decorating the front office because we’d rather put that into keeping the machines running smooth. When someone comes by to talk about a job, we usually just meet them right there on the floor or in the small side office. It’s practical and straightforward. We’ve been in this spot for several years now and have seen the area around the college grow a lot. We just keep focusing on the technical side of things and getting the orders out.
