We operate out of House Number 195 in Radhey Shyam Colony, Phase 2. It is right near Gate Number 2 in the Asalatnagar area. Working from a residential spot makes things a bit more relaxed than a typical office building. We spend our hours in front of monitors, typing in data and organizing information for various projects. The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet, though you can hear the kids playing outside in the afternoons. Our setup is basic—just some desks, computers, and a lot of power strips. We focus on getting the numbers and names right without making too much of a fuss about it. Sometimes the heat in Asalatnagar makes the computers run a bit loud, so we have to use extra fans. We aren't a big agency with a lobby; we are just a small team working out of a house. We cook our own lunch in the small kitchen and take turns making tea. It is a steady routine that starts early and ends when the day's work is logged. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. People find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are here in the colony. It is a simple way to earn a living and we like the peace we get here. Every day is mostly just typing and double-checking files.
