Working out of the Hajipur Industrial Area means dealing with a fair amount of dust and the constant sound of trucks passing by on the main road. Superoverseas Pvt Ltd. takes up plots 24, 25, and 26. It’s a decent-sized space, mostly filled with whatever we are moving or storing at the time. We aren’t located in a shiny city center, and we prefer it that way. It’s easier for the loading and unloading. Most of the guys here have been working in this area for years. We know the shortcuts through the industrial estate and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. The office part is just a few rooms attached to the side of the main warehouse. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. There is no fancy mission statement on the wall, just calendars and some old notes taped to the desks. We handle the logistics and the paperwork that comes with it. Some days are slow, waiting for a delivery that got delayed somewhere, and other days are a complete scramble to get everything out the gate. It’s just how this kind of business operates. We’ve grown a bit, taking over the extra plots over time, but the vibe is still the same as when we started. Just a bunch of people doing their jobs near the highway.
