You can find us in Gauripur, which is part of the Indrukh East area in Jamalpur block. We are set up at Mukesh Kumar Singh’s place. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for the people living in these villages around Munger, it’s where they come for help. We started Panchjanya Munger Emergency Hospital because the area really needed something close by for emergencies. We aren't a big city hospital with glass walls. We are just a local building where we’ve set up some beds and medical equipment. The staff lives nearby or in the village, so we know most of the families who come in. It’s a practical place. We deal with a lot of everyday injuries and sudden illnesses. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we just sit and talk, and other times it’s a rush. We don't have fancy brochures. We just do our jobs. The block of Jamalpur is a busy area in its own way, and having a hospital here makes sense. We try to keep things simple. If someone is sick, they come in, and we see what we can do. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping the place running and the patient records straight. We just want to be a reliable spot for the people in Gauripur and the surrounding areas when they aren't feeling well or have an accident. It’s just our way of being useful in the neighborhood.
