We formed this company to give everyone a way to work together and earn a steady living. The Dhruv Nity Nagar area is mostly residential and small farms, so it’s a peaceful place to be. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes we are drying out ingredients in the sun, and other times we are packing things into simple boxes for shipping.
