Csl Organics

Working out here near the Ambuja Cement Factory means there is always a layer of dust on everything. Csl Organics is tucked away in Marwar, right near the GSS and the post office. We spent a lot of years just figuring out how to make things work in this part of Mundwa. It’s definitely not a big corporate setup with meetings and suits. Mostly, it’s just a few of us making sure the production stays on track every single day. The office is small and usually has too many papers on the desk and a ceiling fan that clicks. We started this because we saw how things were changing in the fields around here and thought we could do something useful. It gets really hot in the summer, and the shed gets stuffy, but we stay busy regardless of the heat. Sometimes the supply trucks are late because of the roads and we have to sit around drinking tea until they show up at the gate. We don't spend money on big signs or anything fancy. People mostly find us because they know where we are located in the village. It's a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the area. We focus on what we’re doing and try to keep the quality decent. It's a lot of manual labor and checking bags for consistency. My brother helps with the accounts when he isn't busy with his own farm work. We just do our thing and go home.
