Mundra Port & Sez (Adani Group)

We are based in the Shantivan Colony, specifically at Aa/3-5. This is in the village of Nana Kapaya, right near Mundra in the Kutch district. Being part of the Adani Group operations for Mundra Port & Sez, we stay pretty close to where everything happens. The colony is where a lot of the staff and their families live, so it feels more like a small town than an office park. Kutch is a dry place, and the dust can get everywhere if you are not careful. Our building is just one of many in the colony, but we have our specific spot for handling the port business. We spend our days going back and forth between the colony and the actual port site. It is a very industrial area but Shantivan gives us a bit of a break from the heavy machinery noise. We have got the basic office stuff set up in the rooms here. The weather is usually quite hot, especially in the summer months, so the air conditioning is a lifesaver. Everyone around here knows each other because we all work for the same port operation. It is a community thing. We don't really do the whole corporate suit thing here; it's mostly work shirts and practical gear for the site. Life in Nana Kapaya is simple and revolves around the port schedules and the 370421 pincode routine.
