Modern Agro

Modern Agro is based at 116 on Banashankari Road in Pala. We have been at this location for many years, and even though the name says "Modern," we are a very traditional kind of shop. We mostly sell agricultural supplies and tools to the people who live and work in the Pala area. Our shop is easy to find on Banashankari Road, and we have a lot of regulars who come to us for their farming needs. We keep a variety of things in stock, from seeds to different types of equipment for the field. It is a family-run business and we don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to provide the things that our neighbors need for their work. The shop can be a bit cluttered with all the different bags and tools, but we like it that way. We spend a lot of time chatting with the people who come in, hearing about how their crops are doing and what the weather is like for them. We open up the shop in the morning and stay until things quiet down in the evening. It is a steady way of life and we have been part of the Pala community for a long time. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are at 116 and they come by when they need something for their land.
