Zozwala Builders, Kalyan is actually working out of an office in Kurla East, Mumbai. We are located at 608, Building No.52 in the B-Wing. It is right near the Abhyudaya Co-Op. Bank in Nehru Nagar. The area code is Mumbai-24. We have been in this building for some time now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around, especially being so close to the bank. We use this space to manage all our building and construction activities. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s more of a working space where you’ll find stacks of papers and maps everywhere. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure our sites have what they need. Nehru Nagar is a convenient spot for us to get to different parts of the city. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just have our desks and our phones. People who know the area find us easily because of the bank nearby. It’s a tight-knit kind of place. We show up, do the work, and go home. That is pretty much how we have always operated. It’s a basic, functional office that lets us stay focused on the actual building work rather than looking important.
