Zoom Developers Private Limited is based out of Goregaon West in Mumbai. You can find us at Flat No.C1/5 on the first floor of the Lok-Mitra Co-Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd. building. We are right in Pragati Nagar, just off 6, M.G. Road. Being in Mumbai 400062 means it’s always busy around the office. We spend a lot of our time here dealing with the day-to-day tasks that come with running a development firm. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. M.G. Road usually has a lot of traffic, so we are used to the noise and the pace of the city. We’ve been at this Lok-Mitra location for a bit. It’s a standard residential society where we took a flat for the workspace. People stop by when they need to talk about projects or drop off documents. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of receptionists. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door. Working in Goregaon keeps us close to everything happening in the suburbs. It’s a practical spot for us. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized among all the files. It is a straightforward operation here at Pragati Nagar. We like the neighborhood even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes.
