We are tucked away in the MIDC area of Andheri East, specifically on Road No. 14. Our office is in the Refrigeration Industries building at Plot No. 76. Being in an industrial estate means it’s all about work here. There’s no big storefront window to look at. We spend our time inside dealing with the jewellery side of things. It’s a lot of sitting at benches and looking at small details. The building has other businesses too, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. Andheri East is always crowded, and the traffic getting here can be a headache, but this is where the business happens. We handle the designs, the sorting, and the shipping from this one spot. It’s not a glamorous setup like the shops you see in the malls. It’s more like a workshop where we get the actual work done. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s jobs pretty well. Most of us have been working with jewellery for years, so we just get on with it. We don't have much time for fancy talk. We just focus on the pieces we’re making and the orders that need to go out. If you visit, you’ll see desks covered in tools and papers. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on the task at hand and the daily deadlines we have to meet.
