Zitten Seating Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located on the second floor at 19/21 Picket Cross Road. It’s an older building, and you have to walk up a few flights to get to us. The area around Picket Cross Road is always bustling, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Once you’re inside our workshop, it’s all about chairs and frames. We’ve got fabric swatches and foam pieces scattered around most of the time. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big showroom with bright lights. Usually, we just show people what we’re working on right there on the floor. Our staff is small, just a few of us who handle everything from assembly to packing. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We just put things together and make sure they’re sturdy. The windows in the office look out over the street, so we see all the activity below while we work. It’s a bit noisy, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing our ways much. If someone needs a seat fixed or a new set of chairs, they just come up the stairs and find us.
