Zest 4 Life

Zest 4 Life is located in the Laxmi Industrial Estate in Andheri West. Specifically, we are at unit 16/A. If you know the New Link Road area, you know it gets very busy with all the production houses and offices. Swastik Production is quite close to us. The industrial estate vibe is a bit different from a mall or a sleek office building. It feels a bit more rugged, which we think fits a gym. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of what we have. We have a variety of equipment positioned throughout the room. It can feel a bit like a maze when it’s crowded. People from the media industry around here often stop by between their shoots or after they wrap up for the day. It is a diverse group of people. We don't have a polished front desk or any juice bars. It’s just weights, machines, and space to train. The walls might need a bit of paint, but the gear works just fine. We have been in this spot for a long time. Most of our members are regulars who have been with us for years. It is more of a small community than just a place of business. You come in, say hello to the regulars, do your workout, and head out. It’s a practical, no-nonsense gym right in the middle of the Andheri hub. The parking can be tough during the day, so most people walk or use bikes.
