Zen Housing Llp

Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Zen Residency, specifically in Flat No. 101/2. We are right on Sakharam Keer Road in Mahim, which is a busy little corner of Mumbai City. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our time dealing with housing documents and property listings. There isn't much in the way of decoration here, just the usual desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of cabinets filled with records. Being in Mahim means we get a real mix of people coming through the door. Some are looking for their first small flat, while others are trying to sort out family property issues that have been going on for years. We just listen and try to help where we can. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the cars and bikes, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. It’s a local business, so we don't do things in a flashy way. We don't have a big team or a lot of marketing stuff. We just know the streets around here and what the prices are like this month. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a hurry, and that's just how it goes. We work through the daily tasks and try to make sure everything is handled properly for the folks who trust us with their housing needs.
