Our office is on the ground floor of Ohm Chambers, right over in Pirulane. If you know the area, we’re directly opposite the Milan Complex, which is usually where the couriers get confused and have to call us for directions. Being at Kaytee Agencies means we see a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. The ground floor is nice because we don't have to lug heavy boxes up any stairs, which is a blessing for our knees. Zebisk Pharmaceutical is a small operation, really. We spend most of our time at our desks or back in the stock area checking the inventory levels. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about practical desks and sturdy shelves. The lighting in the back could be better, but we make do. We’ve got a rhythm here that works for us. One person handles the phones, another checks the invoices, and someone is always taping up a box for shipping. We don't spend money on big advertisements because we’re too busy making sure the orders are accurate. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, like double-checking dates and names, but it’s important. The street outside can get pretty jammed up in the afternoons, so we try to get our shipping out early. It’s a steady job and we take it one day at a time, making sure we don’t miss the small details.
