Z. H. International Pvt. Ltd. is based in Byculla West. You can find us at 110 V. K. Industrial Estate, which is on Pais Street. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of Byculla, but we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. Our space in the industrial estate is where everything happens. It’s a busy environment, surrounded by other small businesses and workshops. We aren't the kind of company that has a big polished headquarters. Our office is right there with the warehouse, so you can hear everything that’s going on. We deal with various international trade things, which means a lot of shipping containers and customs forms. It’s not always easy work, and the heat in the estate can be something else in the summer, but we get through it. We’re a practical bunch of people. We don't have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just handle our business day by day. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we’re more like a small community than a corporate office. We like the location because it’s central enough to get to the docks and the markets. It’s just a regular place where people work hard and try to do things right. There’s no magic to it, just keeping track of the details and moving the cargo. It's a bit messy but we know where everything is.
