Our office is at 1/B in the Sitaram Building, which is located at 29 Dr. D.N. Road. We are directly opposite the Police Commissioner Office, which is the easiest way to find us. This area is right by Crawford Market, so as you can imagine, it is always very crowded and full of life. Ybl Properties Llp has its home in this old Mumbai building. The structure itself has a lot of history and the hallways are quite narrow. You can hear the sounds of the vendors and the traffic all day long through the windows. It’s a very vibrant place to work, even if it’s a bit noisy. Our office is small and filled with papers and files. We have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that we use to keep track of everything. It’s not a fancy corporate space with glass partitions. It feels more like the traditional offices you find in this part of Mumbai. Being near Crawford Market means there is always something interesting happening outside. We usually grab lunch from one of the small local eateries nearby. It’s a busy, cramped environment, but it suits the way we work. We don't need much more than a desk and a phone to get through our tasks. It’s an honest, local operation right in the heart of the old city's hustle and bustle.
