We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a bit different from being out in the fields, but it is where the planning and the paperwork happen. The elevators in Dalamal Towers are always busy, and there is a lot of energy in the building with all the different companies. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving in the food industry. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk or long presentations. We just focus on the logistics and the numbers to make sure everything is flowing like it should. Being in Nariman Point makes it easy to meet people, but most of our day is spent right at our desks. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the details in the contracts are right. We have been here for a while now and have gotten used to the fast pace of the city life around us.
