Y S Construction is right here in Mumbai Central, specifically in the Lokhandwala Building on the first floor. If you are coming from Labhdi Suriswarji Chowk, we are in Office Number 24. It’s a busy part of the city, near the Municipal Industrial area. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the usual construction paperwork and meeting with people about their projects. The building is a bit older, like many around here, but it works for what we do. You have to walk up the stairs since we are on the first floor and the stairs are a bit narrow too. It’s not a fancy office, just some desks and files everywhere. Mumbai Central is always loud with traffic, and you can hear the city outside our windows all day. We deal with various building tasks around the neighborhood and further out in Mumbai too. People usually drop by after seeing the sign near the industrial estate. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just a place to get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of plans spread out on the tables. But we like being in this part of town because everything is close by and easy to reach. If you’re looking for the office, just look for the Lokhandwala building near the chowk and come on up to the first floor.
